Here's a Thought | Jesus was God in the flesh and all knowing and didn't have a spirit of pride. He was so humbled that he allowed himself to be crucified on a cross. Now think about it, if Jesus would of had a spirit of pride when those Sadducees and Pharisees were trying to challenge him, he would of just destroyed them. But he didn't waste his time arguing with the proud, he fed those people who where humble and desired truth. Now, think for a sec. Those who have a spirit of pride in their hearts, they don't desire truth, they desire THEIR OWN WAY. They would rather push for their own selfish way (a lie) and destroy the truth. But the irony is, in their attempt to destroy truth and truth followers, they end up amplifying the message of truth and more people are helped as a result of it.
Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:
Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:
But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:
And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.
